I Think I May Have A UTI. I Just Took

i think I may have a UTI. I just took an at home test and the leukocytes were positive, but the nitrites were negative. Several days ago it burned once when I urinated, but hasn't burned since. This happened once before a few years ago. I did not have the typical symptoms so my doctor did not think to do a urinalysis until weeks later and once she did, it came back positive. I am pretty much always feeling bloated and discomfort in my lower abdomen and I have really bad ovulation symptoms every month. Could something else be going on with my bladder besides a UTI to cause the leukocyte spike and the chronic discomfort?
