I Think I Broke A Blood Vessels In Y Finger

i think i broke a blood vessels in y finger yesterday,it swolled up alittle,today it feels like i might of broke another,i have a physical job and use my hands but both times i wasnt doing anything. My finger is very swollen,red and warm to the touch
