I Think I Have Psoriasis, My Finger Nails Crack On

i think i have psoriasis, my finger nails crack on the edges all the time, they loo normal, but very fragile, and i have tiny little bumps, not very noticeable but i can see them; Also i have injure both of my toe nail in separate years, and the nails always grow thick, ,not connecting with the bed line of the toe, always in the air, and they have a horrible color. My scalp itches sometimes and i notice i have little red patches most on the side, on the scalp where the hair begging to grow, and i get a few patches on my skin, but not the often anymore.
