I Think I May Have Magots In My Head How

i think i may have magots in my head how would i know and if so how do i get them outif they r in my head what can i do to get them out my head and my body i very and nervious and scared i dont know what i can do please help, me to resolve his if they r in my head i went to the er 3 times ask for a penicillin shot and cant get one i got some penicillin pills it still feels like they r in my head
