I Think I Swallowed A Salmon Fish Bone Size Of

i think i swallowed a salmon fish bone size of a tooth pick. It was a fillet of salmon ,so i was not so careful of the bones. i have the feeling it is stuck in my throat and i am afraid i will not be able to breathe or choke. Should i go to the ER? This happened approximately an hour ago
