I Think Im In AFIB. Started 3 Days Ago. I

i think im in AFIB. started 3 days ago. I have diabetes,COPD. I have been having 1 to 2 episodes. it comes out of the blue, mostly in morning. all my meds are the same. no changes. I feel my heart pounding but more like flutters, or electric current? is that wierd? my face hands and feet go numb and pins and needles and my mouth and lips feel like they r swollen. i become very S.O.B.. Im not able to speak really during these episodes. I am on metroprolol? 50mg qmorning. Ive been on it for years. I have lisinaprol but havent taken it cuz my b/p is usually very low. I went to hospital by ambulance. my ekg was irregular, afib. but idiot paramedics didnt report that. My vitals were ok, my b/p was extremely high 4 me who usually runs 100/55? n it was 150/89.r they stupid? i was soaking wet with swet and so they did normal CBC BT's and Dr said I was fine, he wrote me antibiotics when I have no infection and sent me home while I was still having fluttering and swetting in front of him. my O2 stats were going from 97% down to 88% in a matter of minutes. This was here in Florida, Bayonet Point Hospital! this Dr was a real Jerk off! No smarts, No bedside manner, They must of been out of beds and told not to admitt people who were still breathing...
