I Think Ive Maybe Pulled A Muscle In Left Arm

i think ive maybe pulled a muscle in left arm
dull pain between shoulder and elbow more painfull when pushing something or pulling something like a top off something or pushing back in, also painfull just below elbow front of arm if i straighten and twist arm to left. i do have short sharp pain in left chest can feel it when breathe in deep had it a couple of weeks or more
