I Took A Test Thru Heathgrade It Me Enter Each

i took a test thru heathgrade it me enter each name and then add the temp medication i was on for 3 x6 days` each for an injury the medication was called 4mg methyipedisolone each script had a 6 day day 1 6 pills day 2 5 pills and on down ..so what im asking do you have a test that i can do for the inter action with my daily it has 3 catagorys high resk middle risk low risk with a description for each category /////
