I Took My Pill About 20min. Late On Feb. 4

i took my pill about 20min. late on Feb. 4 & took it late the next day about an hour & 30 min. late. Then on Feb. 6, unprotected sex. Was aware that i took the pills a little late but tried not to stress about it. Now that I am feeling sick, now worried. Does taking it an hour late lessen the effectiveness? Should i be worried about a possible pregnancy?
