I Took The Emergency Contraception Two Days Before My Period

i took the emergency contraception two days before my period ended. After three days i had four days of pretty heavy bleeding. A few days after that, I now have painful urination, an itchy vulva and orange discharge. What's wrong? I am 41 years old, four years after my last sexual partner.
