I Use To Take Oxybutynin Chloride 5mg Tab 3 Times

i use to take oxybutynin chloride 5mg tab 3 times a day with no side effects...my dr changed me to the 10 mg sa tab once a day and i started it two days ago...i got a severe migraine with nausea and vomitting and some shortness of breath since then.... is it this new one?
