I Used Saliacid Face Wash And Melamate Cream Both From

i used saliacid face wash and melamate cream both from last 1 month as i have pimple problem and my skin is so redness from last 2 year .and now my pimple is reduce and my skin is also get bright slowly slowly but my skin redness is not reduce.when i wash my face or touch my face for applying cream after that my skin get red.so,it is any side effect or can i continue my cream and facewash.
