I Used To Be On Pain Mgmt. And Moved To

i used to be on pain mgmt. and moved to Memphis where I cannot find a pain mgmt. dr so I began to do H. I have started going to methadone clinic and they began my dose at 35 mg and it got up to 55mg. I have unbearable panic attacks ( I also cannot get a dr to write Xanax for me and I have never had problem getting them. been taking Xanax since I was 18 that was 1981) but I have gotten my dose down to 42 mg of methadone and I am having horrible panic attacks. what would you do?
