I Used To Take Cital Occasionally Whenever I Feel Unesiness

i used to take cital occasionally whenever i feel unesiness in urinating. yesterday since afternoon iwas finding uneasiness iin urinating and urine was not paased for four hours stool was also stuck up with great difficuty i was able to pass byinstalment with lot of burning and since i pressurise urine came out twice with blood and there after 90% i am normal now buuit burning sensation still persist. Can start taking cital liquid now. please guide me. Thanks in advance. I am 81 years old and having diabetics since last 23 years 2 type diabetics but its under control.
