I Want To Get Off Of Lithium Carbonate. I Am

i want to get off of lithium carbonate. I am 77 years old. Been on it since 2000.
I do not need it. Believe me. I have mellowed without lithium at this ripe age. Everyone gives me pressure, threatening words. I know myself. I know who I am. Please help me.
