I Was At Work 2 Days Ago But My Friend

i was at work 2 days ago but my friend asked "did u cut yourself shaving? and I said no and he said there was a red mark on my lower jaw between my chin and cheek( 2 inches outside the corner of my lips) I work in a huge warehouse and open up returned items for amazon. it wasn't that bad when i got home but it was like a small boil and even had a little head on it. I then popped it and all kinds of puss came out. I worked all night and was tired when i got up it had gotten a little bigger so i squeezed out more puss. It was ok but i could feel it getting bigger again when i was ready to go to bed so i squeezed more puss out but it started out the size of a dime now its the size of a half dollar and keeps getting pressure in it so i squeeze it out . i have to work sunday night and its saturday morning ( 3:45am-eastern time)now what should i do???
