I Was Carrying A Used Toilet Outside And Dropped It.

i was carrying a used toilet outside and dropped it. The toilet cracked and cut my finger. It is a one inch cut and was bleeding but I applied pressure and it has since stopped. I used one of those liquid bandages. There looks to be a dark bruising around the area. I am worried I may get an infection since it was a toilet. Should I go to emergency and ask them to open it back up and clean it. The liquid bandage I used has antiseptic in it.
