I Was Diagnosed With HYPERTENSION; ANEMIA; ECG RESULT: LEFT VENTRICULAR

i was diagnosed with HYPERTENSION; ANEMIA; ECG RESULT: LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY, NONSPECIFIC STT WAVE CHANGES; CHEST XRAY RESULT: CARDIOMEGALY, ATHEROMATOUS AORTA during my pre employment physical exam. I don't feel anything strange & i'm a 52 yr old male that can still manage to do 60+ full push ups in one go. My BP usually exceed 140/90 by a bit. I took Isordil sub lingual 30 minutes before the BP & got a 130/87 BP reading during the medical.I will be returning after a week for another ECG to co relate the findings. What are my chances of being fit for work?
I Guess I wont have ab answer because of financial reason.. Thanks anyway... :(
