I Was Diagnosed With PCOS A Few Years Ago But

i was diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago but never had any follow up/treatment. i don’t get periods except for maybe 1/2 a year even then it’s just the bleeding for a couple of days. it’s not causing me pain or any problems, my main concern is the periods. should i see a doctor and get treatment/another diagnosis?
