I Was Diagnosed With Acute Pancriatitis. I Am Not A

i was diagnosed with acute pancriatitis. I am not a heavy drinker- one glass of wine or beer or shot of brandy one to three times per week. Exrays were taken,cat scan, blood tests, other tests- they showed nothing of interest ie gall bladder had no stones, liver has just a small amt of fat. The doctors concluded that the attack ( my first) ( i am 76 and in good health) was probably due to a sludge build-up.
I was given a low fat diet regimin.
Are you able to give me any further precautions that i should take or diet or live style or possible causes?
