I Was Diagnosed With Asthma/bronchitis About Two 1/2 Weeks Ago,

i was diagnosed with asthma/bronchitis about two 1/2 weeks ago, ever since then i have a a terrible pain under my right breast, i thought i might have broke a rib by coughing, but i went to er and they took xrays and said there was no break in the ribs, sent me home with pain meds ( which don't work), and i am still in horrible pain, to the point of tears, what could it be, its on the right side just under the breast
