I Was Diagnosed With Bv Micro Plasma Something And I

i was diagnosed with bv micro plasma something and i have been with the same guy for 4 years never have i cheated nor do i feel he has either and I'm being told from some it was and is a stir and he had t o of cheated on me others say different ? i really need some help>? i love him but I'm not a fool and wont stand for cheating , also I've always been a chronic suffer of the g bv for like years no matter what i do it always came back ? help please?
