I Was Diagnosed With Cardiomyopathy 3 Yrs Ago Ef Down

i was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy 3 yrs ago ef down to 26% now theree yrs later up too 50% im 61 yrs old and still feel fatigued and short of breath and ankles and leg swell up Have to take lasiks to get rid of water so dr's office called and said I'm good to go up to 50 ef and not disable well that easy for them to say... should I get a second opinion I sure dont feel cured?
