I Was Diagnosed With Lupus In April 2015 And Hospitalized

i was diagnosed with lupus in April 2015 and hospitalized for 7 days with MRSA due to an ulcer that become infected in my nose. I have all the symptoms of Lupus SLE and I break out with lesions all over my face, but here's the issue...they always seem to start out as a little pimple, then explode into these lesions that looks like tiny little white seed like cores that plug each pore in 1 lesion. sometimes the lesions have an itchy white fluid in them also??? Does this sound related to Lupus? I haven't been able to see the rheumatologist or dermatologist yet because of ins. issues. its frustrating cuz I'm sick everyday, extreme fatigue and major depression, and these ugly, pitted, depressed lesions on my face won't heal with steroid cream and all the white pore plugs need to be extracted before healing starts. once I tweeze out the hard little white seed looking plug then that pore will bleed.These plugs are sometimes attached to a little clearish hair? does this sound like a Lupus Rash, or what could it be? I'm in desperate need of getting thus healed and under control!
