I Was Diagnosed With Mild Emphysema And Lung Fibrosis Last

i was diagnosed with mild emphysema and lung fibrosis last year and i now have a ticklish feeling in the lungs when i exhale which makes me cough and end up being sick with the constant cough. Is this a sign that my fibrosis is getting worse. I am not on any medication as yet
