I Was Diagnosed With Monocolonal Gammiopathy, Along With The POEMS

i was diagnosed with monocolonal gammiopathy, along with The POEMS syndrome which includes many symptoms and cytology such as the Bense Jones protien released and it ends up in the renal system. Im not sure if it causes damage to the renal system or not, but i was diagnosed as renal insufficient, meaning for days at times, no urine or very low urine out put! is this dangerous? i also have all endocrine organs showing insufficient numbers or no hormones at all, along with extremely low M blood plasma lowest is 60 and im at 66. the other A blood plasma cells are at 85 when lowest acceptable is 70 something...so what do those low numbers tell me??? Is my immune system so low that I will not be able to fight this illness anyway, so they do nothing? they tried me on revlimid and in 4 days i was pouring out blackish green fluid from the bowel and losing hair like it would all be gone in a 10 day period? so they stopped it? said my metabolic system would not tolerate the chemo???? what does that mean? Is there no other solutions? Like the low end might be 400 ml a day at best. Its also shedding these pink or red casts. Which i kept begging them to tell me what that was about, but they wouldn't say anything, so i recently found my urine redish pink and saved it in the fridge to see what happened? It all settled to the bottom in casts of redish pink? I then found this article which says they should be doing something preventative. Its an article from the Blood Journals so it seems a valid and significant source. WHO CAN I SEE THAT WOULD TAKE THIS A LOT MORE SERIOUS?
