i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last year;and was told to reduce my carb intake, exercise and be taking metformin and amaryl.Another doc asked me to drop amaryl bcos of d side effects over time.But metformin alone is not answering my question.what do i do.And also what is the best BP medication to take considering side effects.Any natural remedies for these health issues
