i was doing water aerobics a couple of weeks ago in 4 ft of water on my tippy toes mostly as I am only 5 ft,so stretching my feet, and only had on cheap water shoes. since then, not all day, but my feet hurt, mostly in my arches- mainly the left foot, sometimes after on them quite a bit, later in day is when they start to hurt- and burn some, but tolerable, just more aggravating . i am icing them and wonder if i should stretch or what else. i think i just may stressed my feet with that exercise.
