I Was Drinking And I Had A Few Hits Of

i was drinking and i had a few hits of weed became very light headed faint and fainted fell and hit my head hard on the tile floor split my head open above my eyebrow went to er did ct scan said it was ok but im still worried i never passed from the fall i got up and remember everything but im reading alot of stuff i did get 14 stiches i am really in only a little pain can something develope later should i see a neurologist ?
