I Was Eating A French Fry And When I Swallowed

i was eating a french fry and when i swallowed it it didn't go down so i tried to drink some water and that didn't work it was stuck in my throat water came pouring out of my mouth and out of my nose my mother did the heimlich maneuver and i could breath again i still was coughing up phlegm i don't know if it was water that went inside my lungs or not and i feel something scratching at the back of my throat what could it be and how do i fix it
