I Was Given This Very Strong Antibiotic From The Trauma

i was given this very strong antibiotic from the trauma center they only gave me two on the perscription,pharmacist said they where very strong for deep tissue infection on the side affects sheet it had many side affects one that caught my eye was that it made your tendions come undone from the bone plus also it stated this drug also cured the plague also anthrax poisoning can you tell me the name of this drug?
