I Was In A Car Accident Went To The Er

i was in a car accident went to the er and doc said i had an elevated blood pressure of 180/68. I told the doc that 180's were my normal since i was a kid. already been tested for diabetes and other ailments, negative results. my pcp said 140/70 use to be norm, now docs want to see 120/70. is it normal for individuals to have a normal of their own
