I Was In A Car Wreck When I Was Younger

i was in a car wreck when i was younger and i hit my head on the dashboard and lost conciousness from then on i have had relly bad headaches and couldnt feel the left side of y head except for a stabbing pain and i was told that was from nerve damage since then i have had modeate to severe headaches along with a few other problwms and im wondering what i should do or what could possibly be the problem
