I Was In A Motorvehicle Accident Going On A Year

i was in a motorvehicle accident going on a year and a half
have not got a proper mri for the region..i have a right chondronitis rib ...causing a lot
of pressure under my right rib..discomfort where my breathing is difficult..
it causes a lot of pressure..similar to a gall stone attack,, dull aching feeling
so uncomfortable like the area has a balloon ready to pop...
how long does this last..what is the best treatment...with continuing
pain..it is causing my left side to ache under my left rib...
