I Was In Auto Acc In 2012. Still Going On.

i was in auto acc in 2012. Still going on. Before i had slight breathing problems from smoking. Now i am on 02 and had to be tubed twice. The second time my carbon dioxide levels were 140. Every time i get short off breath from trying to do something i just about piss my pants or shit myself trying to stabilize my breathing. They say all copd. My brother has copd and he is totally diff. I can't think, focus,concentrate,remember things I have the shakes. I can only remember tragic things and they are getting iffy. My neck still hurts could a disc or nerve be the cause.
