I Was Just In Mexico. I Came Back With Extremely

i was just in mexico. i came back with extremely swollen inflammed ankles and feet, both of them. swelling went down after 3 days of being home and i now have fluid in my sinuses and lungs. could i have the filariasis parasite? and if i do, and the swelling went down does the swelling come back? should i get tested for it? i did have mosquito bites.
