I Was On Heroin , Now I Am Clean For

i was on Heroin , now i am clean for 1 and half month but suffering from insomnia after my abstinence. Please help. Its taking a toll on my health and have developed dark circles. I also sufferd from convulsion attack during my withdrawl period of initial 5 days after stopping heroin.
I am having the following Medication.

Morning :After Breakfast
Topaz 50 Mg
Baclofen 20 Mg

Night :After Dinner
Quitipin 200 Mg SR
Baclofen 20 Mg
