I Was Prescribed Roxycodone For Several Years, Due To Degenerative

i was prescribed roxycodone for several years, due to degenerative discs, i changed doctors a few years ago, and the new dr. immediately lowered my dosage, which was ok, (not great) then, my current doctor relocated out of town, & refused to give his patients a referral that didn't want to stay with him, i am an older woman with a very hard physically demanding job and s teenage daughter to raise, so i really need my medication, but i can't find a physician that is accepting patients that will prescribe my medication in my area, & i lost my job because i am unable to work due to pain & sickness from lack of medicine, i am pretty desperate and i really need to work, what do i need to do to find a physician that will prescribe my medication?
