I Was Recently Cathed In The Hospital Resulting In No

i was recently cathed in the hospital resulting in no urin and air inside my bladder. after the temp cath was pulled out i was able to pee a large amount. couple days later i started notice that when i peed and whiped there was blood on the toilet paper but i never get enough to get any on the pad. my ua said i had a urinary tract infection i finnished perscribled anitibiotic, what is wrong with me?
