I Was Recently Diagnosed With Impetigo Which Is Apparently Strange

i was recently diagnosed with impetigo which is apparently strange because i am a 16 year old girl, but since i took the medicine (oral and topical), there have been three marble sized lumps that i have noticed behind my ear, on the back of my neck, and underneath my chin, where there has also been a lot of pain and swelling. the impetigo has definitely gotten better but the rest of these symptoms are causing me a lot of pain and worry.
