I Was Struck In The Ear A Few Days Ago.

i was struck in the ear a few days ago. When it first happened there intense ringing and hearing loss. That lasted about a day. After about 4-5 days my ear continues to ache with very bad headaches. Also spots of blood are coming out when I swab with a q-tip? does this situation call for me to go to an urgent care center?
