I Was Suffering From Cold, Running Nose And Cough. I

i was suffering from cold, running nose and cough. i took diominic dca (1-1-1) and
cefadur-500 (1-0-1) for two days straight. Now a lot of cough had gathered down the neck near the throat which i can feel while swallowing anything and it is coming out while coughing. The problem is i am unable to speak properly and having little pain in my throat.

Kindly suggest something.
