I Was Told I Have A Bladder Infection Today, I

i was told i have a bladder infection today, i feel like i have to go to the bathroom often not much comes out and it feels like someone is wringing out my bladder at the end. I just came home and found blood, i was given an antibiotic 250 mg of ciprofloxacin every 12 hours. i took first pill at 2:30 today when will it feel better and is the blood okay
