I Was Told I May Have An Abdominal Wall Lipoma...about

i was told i may have an abdominal wall lipoma...about the size of an avocado. I have no pain, But I have had some symptoms in that area. When I run, I sometimes get naseaus in that area. On occassion after eating, I feel somewhat sick to my stomach. I have had explosive diarrhea episodes after cramping up. I haven't changed my diet in any way. I find that mid day I start feeling sickish. My waistband tends to feel tight and I feel like there is a water balloon in my lower abdomen.
