I Was Treated For An Affected Testicle About A Month

i was treated for an affected testicle about a month ago. after 10 days of antibiotics, the pain and swelling went away. Just recently my left testicle seems to be swollen again. I went into the urgent care last night, and the doctor said everything looks normal just take an anti-inflammatory. Could it just be swelling that hasnt fully healed from before? Also when sitting for periods at time my scrotum fills up with fluid. there is no pain just a heavy feeling in my left testicle
