I Was Walking Down A Steep Hill And This Kid

i was walking down a steep hill and this kid was riding a electric skateboard and he rn right into me.I landed on my elbow and back.Know it is sending sharp pain down my back and arm.I think i might of broken it,also i was on the ground for 5 mins pased out
