I Went For A Hard 10 Mile Run Yesterday And

i went for a hard 10 mile run yesterday and when i came home i urinated blood. The night before I also did a hard spin bike class. Today no blood just a little darker yellow. I have been training harder lately for a marathon lately. Could this be hematuria? This has never happened to me before? I took today off from exercise can I start up tomorrow again?
