I Went To Doctor And Said I Have A Body

i went to doctor and said i have a body and joint pain and sometimes i feel like world is spinning. In response to this my doctor prescribed me duezela 20 and trinerve and some blood test. Blood test result was normal but my vitamin d was 13. so why doctor prescribe me anti depressant tablet?
