I Went To The Washroom And Noticed That My Rectum

i went to the washroom and noticed that my rectum was slightly swollen. there is so pain or redness that i can see so far. but when i sneeze i feel a sharp slight pain in my rectum.... noticed it right away and starting to really worry about it.... what should i do ???
