I Will Start Using Vyvanse For Bed. I Take Medicine

i will start using vyvanse for bed. i take medicine for high blood pressure but it is under control. also i take preventative medicines for strokes, high cholesteorol; all under control. i have bed from childhood and had two surgeries. i dont want to have more surgeries can i be safe in trying vyvanse.
